Layover

Traveling creates a sense of being out of time, where the rules of everyday life don't apply. "Layover" captures a couple at the airport waiting for their journey to continue.

 

In my "Lovers" series I want to capture the dreamy feeling of being in love, the sense of being connected to another person and not quite in the everyday world.

 

"Layover" is an original oil painting on canvas. The canvas measures 20x20" and is framed in a black edge frame, exterior measuring approximately 22x22".
